Sales REP Kevin Klitzka was very helpful, explained all options clearly as well as all the pricing. Installer was on time, courteous and professional. Installation was smooth and entry door looked better than expected.

Bernie & Anyone came out to help fix our doors and windows they are absolutely a delight they went out of their way to get it done quickly and efficiently and did it with a smile on their face you can truly tell that they love their job.

We just had our consultation with Gary, very friendly and knowledgable guy. He made us feel comfortable with the quality of the product and the price as well. He was on time and efficient and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. We are excited to get our custom windows installed!

Customer service was OUTSTANDING!!!! From phone call to set up free consultation to signing paperwork to get the job started. Everyone and everything seems very efficient and high quality. The initial quote was higher than I expected however Zach, the rep worked with us to get exactly what we needed at a price we are comfortable with. I’m very excited to get this project started and anxious to see the final results. I’ll share as soon as that happens. So far , I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Felco!!!

Great appointment! Even my young kids thought Joe Janisch was great. He made them laugh. He was knowledgeable and friendly! Not pushy at all. We are so excited to get our new doors!

Ken was super helpful, we got our front and later side door replaced with him because it was such a smooth process. Gorgeous doors too! Also they're always doing a lot of promotional deals, it's worth the investment!

Dean from Feldco was amazing. He was helpful, thoughtful, honest, and kind. He made the process so easy, and it felt more like a friend was walking us through the process than a salesperson. We had multiple different quotes and salespeople throughout or home repairs, and because of the way he approached this process, we went with Feldco instead of all the other options we had. Some items were higher priced than we were quoted with other companies, but Dean really helped us see what was worth the extra money versus not, didnt judge us either way, and really seemed to care about what was best for us even if we didnt go with him. In the end we are going with Feldco for windows, doors, roofing, gutters and fascia because of Dean. 10/10
