I had a great experience. Gary Kos (sales man) helped me understand the value of Feldco windows. I received other estimates, but I was more interested in value and long-term versus just price. The installation process was amazing. John the head installer did an amazing job protecting my floors during the install, installing the windows with his crew and picking up all the debris after the installation. He was very friendly and precise with his craft. I will highly recommend Feldco to my family and friends. I had 25 windows installed and it took them 1.5 days, amazing

Feldco customer service had been great. We had a couple small issues with our 7 year old windows. Josh S. the Field Technician that came out to the house was very helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure our windows worked properly. He even came back later that day with parts he needed that he didn’t have with him during our appointment time to finish up the job. Also friendly to our little dog that wanted to say hi!
