We had the pleasure of working with Gary K as our representative. Gary was prompt, very knowledgeable, respectful, and answered all my questions. He was very thorough and accommodating when explaining the process, the products, the warranty, and plan moving forward. I am extra satisfied with our windows. The installers were wonderful very polite we had bad weather the day that they had to install, and things were still installed that day working around it. We have also decided to go with a new gutter system around our home and have chose to go with Feldco. Dave Moreland was our sales rep and he is a wonderful a very thorough on description and working with us to help us make things happen in our home. Dave is a top-notch guy. Is a wonderful salesman. For any more needs that we have I would definitely recommend Feldco for you home improvement needs.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this company; They truly stand behind their promises! Everyone from Joe, the salesman, to Kane, the carpenter were accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. We had 2 sliding glass doors replaced. Following the installation, I informed Feldco, I was unhappy with the trim on one of the doors they installed - this was due to the initial door being over 60 years old. Representatives immediately came to take a look. They replaced the trim they installed with custom trim that was made special to match our room at no additional cost. This is our second purchase from Feldco and we will definately use them again and recommend to others! Thank you Feldco for standing behind your promise - you are an upstanding reliable company!!! David Keller was amazing he explained and helped us come to a wonderful agreement! He not once sugar quoted anything he was upfront . With any of my questions ! I recommend him to anyone who is like me and doesn’t know much about windows ! He definitely helped me understand more ! And did an amazing job!!
