Feldco Named a Top Workplace for the 12th Time

Feldco Home Renewal has once again been named a Top Workplace by the Chicago Tribune. The list of Top Workplaces is based on the results of employee feedback in a survey administered by Energage, LLC. The surveys measured different aspects of an organization's overall workplace culture and assessed everything from employees feeling respected and supported, to being enabled to grow and empowered to execute.

Out of tens of thousands of companies surveyed, only 185 were recognized, and Feldco was proud to be among them. Feldco President, Ron Gerstung stated, "While our company has grown so much over the years, it's rewarding to see our employees continue to be engaged and feel so favorably about their time working here. We know this is a great place to work and to be recognized by our own team is just as fulfilling as the award itself."
